Ok.. So most of you girls would much prefer watching the 'Sex in the City 2' trailer but if your a single girl like me, then 2 hours with Robert Downey Jr is a much more satisfying night. And come this Friday I will have a date with the man himself.

To keep things super stylish I have posted a few images of the cast from the night of the Premiere. First up is Scarlett Johansson in a sparkling Giorgio Armani Privé moon-green triple organza lamé cocktail dress with some serious shoulder action. Followed by Gwyneth Paltrow wearing Giorgio Armani shorts suit in a gold metallic silk jacquard fabric and flashing miles of leg. There was some fierce fashion going on here between the two but my vote goes to Scarlett, she looks amazing and definitely stole the show. I do like Gwen's under estimated cool but I think she can do a lot better.

BCGB comes to King's Road...

I have recently returned from yet another eventful trip to London that mainly consist of shopping, drinking, boys and a little bit of work thrown in. Whilst down there I heard of the news that the sister brand of Herve Leger, BCGB Max Azria has come to London. The brand has been US women's go-to brand for cool, bright dresses to stand out from the crowd. Now Bristish fashion fiends will be able to get in on the action now they've launched it's first stand alone shop on London King's Road.







Here are few of my Fav's. I think it's back to eating beans and toast for a month but well worth it.

Mmmmm jackets....

Every girl has a thing, some have a thing for shoes, some have a thing for crotchless knickers. I however have a thing for jackets. I just can't get enough of them. So since i haven't posted for a while i thought i'd show u a few of my favourites. Jackets have got to be the best thing to buy in the sales. There is normally so much knocked they're worth buying and storing until the weather changes. That's my excuse anyway...

This is my new dress that has just been added to the Ginger & Brown collection. Purchased from Aqua Couture it is to die for. Not only is it on trend with all the maxi dresses hitting the high streets but the cut out back really gives it some sex appeal. Worn with some killer tanned YSL heels and grunge jewelry. Sexual.

I'm going to Featherstone for Fish & Chips....

Alot has to be said for dressing for the occasion. I find it quite easy and often go for the same thing: christening=floaty dress, Wedding Simple=dress, saturday night=no knickers. However i do find it difficult to dress for the British bloody weather. I lived in Australia the whole of last year where the weather was pretty good, if you got out a pair of shorts night before it was pretty nailed on you were going to be able to wear them come morning. Not in this country! Oh no! At 9am it could be blazing sunshine come 10.15 half way up the A1 and it's thunder and lightening. I got it so wrong yesterday. I dressed for spring and ended up having to buy two pairs of socks and a fleece from 'the warehouse superstore' on the seafront. Luckily i was in Scarborough (most of the passers by had no teeth) and the fashion police weren't on duty. Wardrobe malfunction aside i had a brilliant day and here are some pictures to prove it....

Ok... So I might of not kissed a girl but I do love Katy Perry. And today I had yet another person tell me that I look like the future Katy Brand herself. I don't think Katy Perry would be as impressed knowing that she looks like me but if by any chance she's reading this... my answer is YES! I will be your full time lookalike to help you chase away the paparazzi with pleasure.

Overpowered....

This weekend has been the best weekend of the year so far. I've spent all my time with my gorgeous Oliver and my gorgeous family, both ginger and non-ginger. The sun has been shining and there is a scent of happiness in the air. I was in Morrisons earlier and mine along with most of the baskets were filled with sausages and other bbq fodder. Oh and alcohol, lots of alcohol.

Does this mean the sun is here to stay? If so i'm going to get making some cd's for the car. I'll probably name them something like Leigh's 2010 summer tunez...Whatever the cheesy name i know that they will be filled with plenty of Roisin Murphy, the sound of her voice makes me think of summer.
